Through innovation, Aucta is creating new therapeutics, including new dosage forms, new dosing regimens and new indications.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an intern to join our team and support project management activities. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Quality and Commercial to assist in coordinating project timelines, tracking deliverables, preparing documentation, and supporting day-to-day project execution. This position provides hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical development processes and offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

·       Support project managers in tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple development programs.

·       Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans, dashboards, and status reports.

·       Coordinate cross-functional meetings and document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.

·       Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

·       Assist in the development of strategic plans for our product portfolio.

·       Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications:

·       Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in engineering/science field.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·       Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and drug development.

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
