Production Supervisor (Piscataway, NJ) – Design, implement, and integrate the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and equipment using Change Controls, BMS system operation (Building Management System) and MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing); Optimize production process and decrease operation cost applying FAT/SAT (Factory Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Tests), IQ/OQ/PQ, SOP, Validation protocols; Execute manufacturing batches based on commercial requirements using ANDA batch; Plan and implement manufacturing systems, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SOP, GMP and relevant safety regulations; Conduct deviation investigations to identify root cause using CAPA; Supervise and provide engineering guidance to the preventive maintenance and calibration of all manufacturing equipment; Execute IQ/OQ/PQ for manufacturing equipment; Monitor warehouse and manufacturing operations; Supervise 2 manufacturing technicians.

Must have a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Pharmacy plus skills and knowledge in Change Controls, MEP, IQ/OQ/PQ, SOP, Validation protocols, BMS.
